Yes, there will be a life jacket on the boat for everyone on board. We have sizes for small children that also range from 0-55lbs.

YES! $20 to rent per pole and our center consoles have live fishing wells. You can fish off our other boats, just bring a cooler in case you want to keep anything you catch!

We never hold weather against anyone! The weather does change frequently and sometimes when it rains the sun comes back out 15 minutes later, so we will make the call on the day of the trip if we need to push or pull the time or change to another day that works for your group. If we exhaust all those options and couldn’t get you on the water due to weather, it’s a 100% refund. We hope that you would like that refund to be on a gift card that you can redeem at a later time! We do recommend that you try to book with us on one of your first days in town so we have days we can push to if need be. If you need to cancel for something outside of weather like unfortunately someone is sick, we ask that you do that at least 48 hours in advance of the trip. If its within 48 hours and you must cancel because of something outside of weather than there is a $100 cancelation fee.

We monitor weather radars, and our Dockhands will make the call at the time of the trip. We try our best to only delay the start time but if dangerous weather persists, we may have to reschedule for another day when it’s safe to be on the water.

Yes! We will issue a Gift Card to redeem at a later date or completely refund the transaction if you wont be returning anytime soon.

Making sure you’re having fun is our priority! If you’d like to stay out longer, simply give us a call and if we can accommodate it, we absolutely will. Please note that during peak season (May-September) we may have a reservation behind yours, so if you’re considering booking a bit more time, do so in advance just in case we cannot extend the booking day-of.

While this has never happened yet (you’re going to have a blast!) if for any reason you need to return to the dock, we will refund you for any unused time.

No, you only need to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Not sure about driving the boat? Don’t worry! Upon booking, we’ll send you a short video covering how easy it is to use our nav systems in the calm waters surrounding HHI.

As long as you have the $50 damage waiver, you are completely covered! If you do not have the damage waiver, you are 100% responsible for the repairs.

We have GPS on the boat that map preprogrammed destinations, so you just have to keep your little dot on the line! However, if you get turned around, we have trackers on the boats, so give us a call and we can talk you through it. If that doesn’t work, then we will come out there and you can follow us back in.

Yes! However, pontoons do not have fishing wells. Our Sea Fox, Sea Hunt, and Tide Water are the boats that have fishing wells.

Yes! You can bring coolers. We recommend no glass for your own safety. Alcohol is permitted but remember you can’t drink and drive!

No, gas is not included. We charge based on consumption, so you will settle up when you get back. We estimate (depending on your agenda) about $10-$12 in gas per hour. Note if you are anchored more than you are driving, you use less gas.
